When I recieved this, I was worried the gold was going to be incredibly vibrant, however, once in the hair it looks amazing. It was a bit challenging to get in (but that's down to user error) but was really happy with the results. Great value for money and heat resistant.

I was so excited to get this, I'd watched videos on how to tie this in properly. When it arrived I got it out and proceeded to try and do it. Well, what a disappointment. I did everything correct and it just slips out of the hair instantaneously. I tried several times but nothing made a difference. Took it to work the next day so my friend could try for me, but again she had no luck. So thinking it may not be suitable for my hair we tried hers. Exact same thing. Slid right out. Don't purchase, complete waste of time and money. Don't do as I did and skimp out.
