Got this to wear after the snip and I originally bought a medium being a 32 waist. Way too tight, so I got a large instead it still fits around my waist comfortably without being loose. So I had to endure a couple days without one post procedure waiting for the Large to be delivered which wasn’t fun. So size up, great for recovery!

I really enjoy this jock strap. I take a Martial Arts class and need to have a quality jockstrap that holds my cup in place and this fits the bill. So much so, that I’ve ordered several more of these and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wanted something decently comfortable for paintball protection. This fits well over sliders and is comfortable enough that I really don't notice it on. Worth it definitely

This product is trash, the fabric has already torn itself to pieces with barely any use and hand washing in the sink!
