I walk about 10k steps a day for work, more in summer. These have completely stopped my hip pain. Used them on holiday where we averaged 20k steps a day and they were a godsend. Great support but shoes don't squish your toes.

Pain relief and very comfy

I bought a pair of scholl inserts about 10 years ago & they are still going strong in my shooting boots.I got these for my trainers & they do work. I doubt they will last 10 years...but they cost just over a quarter of the scholls price.They are not quite as comfortable as the scholls, in my opinion, as they seem narrower but with a good pair of socks they work well.Pictured with one of my old scholls for comparison..

Quite like and comfortable

Great when new and provided good relief but after 3 months became squashed and flat not giving much support.

Bought these insoles as I’d be suffering from plantar fasciitis. I was struggling to walk first thing in the morning and by the end of the working day I was in a lot of pain. I didn’t get instant results but my gp advised that it would take a bit of time to make a difference. After a couple of months of wearing these insoles there has been a dramatic reduction in pain and I can now get out of bed with a spring in my step rather than feeling like I’m walking on Lego
