Haven't had adverse reactions, wear them almost every day. Had them for I think a little over a year? Everyone's body is different, I just happened to not have any bad luck. They fit fine and are the correct measurements, I also haven't had issues with the jewelry randomly unthreading itself and falling off, which I absolutely hate and have had issues with in the past with other jewelry, so thats a plus. I sleep with them on, so if they dont come off when I sleep or eat, thats pretty good. Like with any other jewelry, make sure you're cleaning it because this design can trap food in the corners a little easier than others, you might have to gently scrub them with a toothbrush and some saline to get anything off.

Size was smaller than I originally expected. My upper lobe piercings were 20g, slightly larger than normal, but still smaller than a 16g, went to put one in expecting there to be some force needed, but to my surprise it slid in with ease, with visible space in the around the bar. I compared it to my earring, and my 20g earring bar was larger in diameter then these 16g horseshoes. That being said, they look amazing, feel amazing, and are light weight. Removing the balls and spikes are easy to remove and apply. It was a little difficult getting it into my septum. though my septum is was larger than a 16g I was using it through a silicone tunnel, and ended up working great.

good quality and comfortable, recommend getting 10-12 mm if you have bigger lips. they also do not come in pairs (2x ball&spike), but one of each. i didn't know, so just saying in case the images in the product are misleading :)

i actually wore these for a long time, i honestly think it’s really nice for an alt style, it’s not everyone’s preference but if you do enjoy an alternative style i would recommend these. and it looks cool as a nose ring, lip, or septum. pretty universal if you want it to be. very easy to put in, and the quality of it is pretty good for the price. no skin irritation personally but it depends on the person of course, and the size was a little big but overall looks a lot cooler like that but if you don’t like that definitely go smaller (i’m just yappin atp)

These are so cute! I bought them for my septum originally because I thought they were a 10g, but I misread 10mm. These do on the other hand fit in my ears and they are adorable! Comfortable, and the spikes don’t poke at you.

Love the way the longer spikes look, doesn’t irritate my skin and great quality! Although they are very sharp and it does take awhile to get used to them if u are using them for lip piercings…

They are good but the black one came a little wonky so it was a little upsetting.

Very nice, I switched my starter one with this one and it fits perfectly. I love it, it’s a bit big but honestly it’s perfect. It hasn’t unscrewed and i think it won’t but idk. No problems so far 👍👍
