When you first use it, you'll feel like you're under attack, especially if you use the higher setting. The jet is very focused and laser like. It feels like it's getting thoroughly between your teeth and cleaning out any and all bits of left over, or trapped food. Leaves you feeling very clean. Great product. Word if advise. When you first use it, do not just bare your teeth and switch on, it'll spray off your teeth and all over your mirror and any other surfaces that happen to be within a 50 foot radius. I have my mouth only slightly opened allowed the water to flood out as I use it. Also, you may notice blood as it gets into all those pockets or gaps you've not been able to clean out before, this will pass if you keep using it. Although I think it's a great product, I do think it's somewhat expensive.

This water flosser is a game-changer – excellent at removing plaque and reaching spots floss can’t. The design is sleek and modern, and although slightly bulky in the hand, it’s still very portable and perfect for travel or small bathrooms. Battery life is impressive – lasts several days on a single charge. The power setting is just right – strong enough for a deep clean but gentle on gums. A brilliant tool for maintaining oral health on the go.

I have bought 2 of these. The first one did not leak onto my hands when using it and came with a 3 pin socket charger and a little receptacle for filling it. I had to change as dropped it on a hard floor. This one has a different charger, no water filler, leaks onto my hands and feels very insecure as if the back tank is going to fall off, and its only plus is the number of different heads that come with it. Abd neither was as good as a Kitty Water Jet which is unfortunately now obsolete.

It's a game changer! So much easier than regular floss and my gums already feel healthier. The cordless design is super convenient, battery life is great, and I love the different pressure settings. My dentist even noticed the improvement at my last check-up. Water tank lasts just long enough for a full clean. Wish I'd bought this years ago - totally worth the money if you hate traditional flossing

The product is good and has improved our oral health. Sadly, the problems occurred when we asked for warranty assistance. The Watrepik company made it very difficult for Third Age to use their online help. I doubt we will receive any further help as they wanted so much info and even a photograph of the Amazon receipt wasn't enough proof. We are now left without the daily cleaning my wife needs without spending another £60 or so. Very dissatisfied with the post-care system and the reluctance to help after service customers. In summary, the warranty means nothing.

A little bulking and heavy but this is due to the weight of water in the reservoir. However once you get used to handling/holding the unit it is a very clever and helpful device to help keep your teeth clean.
