I love that this company makes sure to be transparent about the origins and quality of their Shilajit. I have always been hesitant to try this mainly because of possible heavy metal contamination but Pak Shilajit makes sure to test for contaminants. When I am consistent with this product, I notice I have more energy, focus and my sleep is better. Shilajit also helps you better absorb the other supplements you are taking as well! A lot of people are saying the taste and smell is off putting but this is just how Shilajit smells. Anything that develops from the gradual decomposition of plants and completely organic substances on rock isn’t going to taste like fruity pebbles. The benefits of this product vastly outweigh the earthy taste. I like to put mine in my coffee which masks it a bit. Overall great product and company.

Logic would conclude that the purest form of Shilajit would come from the resin, as it is minimally processed for consumption. But have you actually tried removing Shilajit resin from a jar? It isn't easy. Nice to see that other forms of Shilajit are now available - but are they just as effective? I believe the difference in types of Shilajit might well be negligible, after all. I have purchased the powdered form of Shilajit: it was pure powder with no fillers or additives whatsoever. Much easier to measure and customize the quantity, dissolves better and stores better too. This form of sundried Shilajit in a liquid tincture also appears to be the real deal. It's pure Shilajit mixed with spring water, through and exhaustive filtration and aging process, alcohol-free (a big plus for me), and likewise is easily mixable in beverages, hot or cold - try that with Shilajit resin! I like adding a drop or two to diet cola - the taste reminds me of Gentian bitters which they add to turn Coca-Cola into Moxie. Definitely worth trying if you are a Shilajit user.

EDIT: The seller kindly contacted me and offered a replacement or refund for the damaged bottle. I received the replacement bottle quite quickly, and have started using the product again. Shilajit makes such a difference in my daily routine. I am very happy with the product. I use this product everyday and am usually impressed by the results. However, my latest bottle came damaged. The dropper seems to be punctured, and the tincture is not as fluid as it usually is. There are no exchanges allowed for the product, nor is there a way to contact the seller and request an exchange. I am quite disappointed.

The glass tube of dropper was pushed all the way into rubber squeezer and broken.....transfer product into a empty bottle of Shilajit and was very excited to have a pungent odor and thick sticky product to verify the quality....the price is still very steep.....as per quantity suggested I find it to be a little Suttle for a male person who has Sjogrens.....as a grand pleasure it has helped to eliminate my dehydrating muscle spasms in the middle of the night......should one have knowledge of Sjogrens then you may appreciate.....2 thumbs up

Shilajit helps me so much with stabilizing my energy, balancing my hormones and keeping my mineral levels high. Love pak shilajit drops because they are easy to take first thing in the morning, and are good graded for highest quality.

I am really undecided about this supplement. Shilajit is high in minerals and this one is well tested for heavy metals. It is sun dried and filtered more than most brands. It is a natural source of essential minerals like Fulvic acid, Humic acid, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium etc.. I find the smell quite off putting. It seems like I've put something in my glass of water that has been burning on an open fire for a long time and burned down and this is the resultant liquid. I take other fulvic acids that are not so difficult for me to take and are just as well tested. The good news is you only need a few drops but the smell is not to my liking. I am guessing others would not find it so repugnant and the quality does seems really high thus a four star rating.
