Ymiko Handheld Garment Steamer, Clothes Steamer 25s Fast Heat-up 1500W Powerful Portable Fabric Steamer with High Capacity for Travel and Home

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this handheld steamer mainly for steaming delicate clothes such as silk and chiffon, as I was always afraid of burning the fabric with my iron (I have Philips iron which has been fabulous). Save me the hassle ( and money too! ) of sending my clothes to dry cleaning services. I also use it to freshen up the clothes that have been ironed and hanged in the wordrobe for quite a while. It is also perfect to remove creases from curtain and upholstery too.It is very quick and easy to use. It takes only 10 seconds for the steam to heat up. Press the on button, move the steam nozzle up and down lightly on the fabric, with the help of the creaser that’s attached to it, you can see all the creases smooth away in matter of seconds.Nonetheless, I find that the water container is a wee bit small and can only hold around 100ml of water. It’s fine when used to steam one to two shirts. But for a long dress, it will need a refill. Saying that though I reckon most handheld steamers this size would have the same limitation. Another thing that I noticed, the steam can squirt abruptly when the on button was not pressed while in used. But if you press it continuously, the steam would come out steadily.Just for the purpose of this review, I made a video to give you an idea how the steamer work. It took literally 10 seconds to smooth out the creases on the front of the cardigan. Pretty impressive !All in all, this is a great product that is easy to use. Light and space-saving small tool that you can bring with you when traveling. A good buy.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the first steamer I have bought from Amazon Uk. The product arrived earlier than expected so great shipping service by Amazon. The steam iron works great as advertised, comes with all attachments and parts as advertised.The actual product is made mostly of plastic which makes it lightweight. I feel this is a great alternative to traditional steam iron, where you need a ironing board to go with it.The handheld steamer comes with a uk compatible plug and the cable is quiet long which allows for good range of motion while steaming/ironing cloths upright. Comes with 4 different attachments for various use. Also comes with a Travel Bag for storage and travel use.The water 90ml container is easy to fill and comes with a pot for pouring water in. Once set up and plugged in, the device only takes 10-15 seconds to be ready for use.I used it for removing crease from work shirts and pants and it did the job with real ease and in less time compared to my traditional steam iron. Ironing cloths doesn’t feel as much of a chore with this hand held steamer. Gave it to my mom to use it on the curtains and she found it very easy to remove wrinkles from the curtains.Over all, i am happy with my purchase. Very functional and compact. I must recommend it for busy individuals to use at home, hotel rooms or while travelling.

I’m really surprised at the amount of positive reviews this steamer has. I have to agree with those reviewers that gave it a low rating, as I didn’t find it to be very effective. I had to go over and over the duvet cover on the bed to try to get the creases out, which was very time consuming, and still didn’t manage to achieve a crease free cover. You would definitely be better off just using an iron to take creases out. I have returned this item, as it was too expensive to just leave in my cupboard.

This is the first clothing steamer I've bought and I'm quite impressed! It comes with more attachments that you need. But at least you have a choice, which is great! It also comes with a carry pouch, so you can easily keep the things together when travelling or storing. It's handheld, so very convenient to store.I was pleasantly surprised at just how fast it heated up. You can tell its ready when the Orange light goes off. Which takes seconds! The photos I've included shows a T Shirt that had around 8 seconds of steaming. So it works quite fast.As ease of use goes, I much prefer steaming over ironing. No need to get an ironing board out. I also like that steam kills germs. So I will probably use this on my kids trainers! It would be perfect for curtains also. My new favourite gadget!

I have seen other steamer which are massive and takes so much space but this steamer is portable. It comes with a small black bag, where you can literally fit everything. This is much easier to operate. step 1) fill water. step 2) press button and Voilá. In less than a second you will see steam. And yeah it comes with 3 different attachment. There is one thing though, I tried it on my shirt, it did get rid of few creases and look neat but don't expect the same quality as the Ironing cloth.

Pretty easy to use, but it doesn't fit much water in so had to keep refilling as it took a long time to steam my crepe wedding dress! Overall good quality product and a handy little gadget!

Drop water. Migt be good for ather peaple. But not for me. Water tang to smole. Not eaz for full in.

It takes the creases out of your clothes, however the water tank is so small that i had to refill it THREE times just to finish one shirt, buy yourself a decent iron with a good steam function and it will far surpass the productivity of this. Not recommended.
