The videos and ads about absorbing the weight of bowling bowls looked impressive, but I found these insoles really hard. They also tore holes through my socks after a few uses due to their abrasiveness. These are also King Foam insoles, not Gamechangers as described in the title. Gamechangers are heatable and moldable to your feet. King Foam insoles are not heatable.
