Easy install if you watch a you tube video. The cable runs through the center so have small sharp scissors for removing the old original headband would be my advice. Looks like new. Screwdriver in picture is what came in the kit! Pretty good quality screwdriver for other jobs too! The picture shows finished job and old headband for comparison.

Ordered this to keep as a spare as my headphones get a lot of use. Decided to change it to see how well it fits and it was absolutely perfect. Although not an OEM part is as good as. Easy to change to and provided with screwdriver too.Highly recommend.
