Fantastic game, I regret holding out for a price drop.
I've had my eye on this game for a while in my wishlist waiting for a price drop as no one we knew had a SmartGames product and I was hesitant in case it wasn't a good fit for my daughters, so I held out for a lightning deal and eventually it happened. I should've bought this, and other products, ages ago because this really is a brilliant game, excellently educational without children realising it and outstanding value for money as it has 48 levels of increasing difficulty in two different styles, a wordless storybook (promoting language skills in children to describe the pictures) and is fun to play.My 5 year old took to this like a duck to water, after being hand-held through the first level or so, she was flying through the solutions and excited to get it right. She mastered the big bad wolf levels first where the piggies have to be safe IN the houses- these I think are easier as the little pigs locations give away the location of the house, it's then a matter or logical trial and error as to rotating the pieces to fit. I can see this having value still for a while to come, it's not the type of game where you play once and you're done, even the act of remembering or memorising the placements is a valuable learning skill. The other game style is no wolf and the piggies must be playing outside, I think this is slightly more challenging as its not as obvious where the pieces will go as there is no initial 'clue' unless you have picked up recognition of pattern placement from mastering the wolf levels. Our 21 month old loves the small world aspect of this (she's desperate to play with the piggies) and watches her sister intently so she is absorbing the pattern and spatial skills of logical thinking too, but this is well beyond her skill set currently.Overall this has become a firm favourite in our house, and offers much play value, I'm next purchasing the Little Red Riding Hood for my 5 year old and the Bunny Boo for her little sister and Snow White is on the wishlist for Christmas already.

Loved by my 5 year old
We really enjoyed it as a family, my 5 year old especially.. My 4 and 2 year old just wanted to use the figurines in their doll house. Came across the smart games as a Facebook comment on a post and have bought a few (the penguin and stars)each one thoroughly enjoyed!

Lots of replayability for little minds!
I did doubt buyilng this as almost £20 for a toddler game seemed a little pricy but I'm so glad I did!The game pieces are a nice touch silicone and feel lovely and tactile. The board and prices are hard plastic and feel fairly durable. They box will be great to store it all away in and it even comes with a 3 little pigs story book that is pictures only so that children can tell the story in their own words.I can see us being able to get hours of fun from this and it will definitely build problem solving skills, creativity and communication when played with an adult.I would recommend this game!

Good travel entertainment
Brought for a nearly 3 year old. He loves role playing with the pigs and the wolf and with help he can do the easiest ones in the book. Happy to have brought it a scan see it will grow with him as the puzzles get harder. Overall it does seem expedited what it is, but hopefully it’s something he can play with for many years

A bit different
This one-person game is very quick and easy to set up and the rules are simple so that even young children can quickly get started. It offers a different type of challenge requiring logic and spatial awareness rather than counting, matching, memorising etc. Although it's a bit expensive, having seen my 4yr old grandson's response, I have bought another one for my 3 yr old granddaughter - praise indeed.
