Ok so these are super yummy. Tastes like sugary candy. My hair has been growing like crazy even though I only took them for a month. I ordered another order of 6. My nails also feel stronger.

Hard to tell for sure, but I think my hair is looking a bit fuller/thicker. These taste pretty good and are reasonably priced.

I like this product, I always take probiotics but needed to change brand. I feel like this has a odd taste but I just take it with another gummy and its not noticeable.

I have been using these gummies to help my thinning hair and nails. After several months of continuous use, i definitely see a difference in both my hair and nails. hair is shedding less, nails are very strong.

I feel like this product is helping my nails for sure. Unfortunately it is coated with sugar. I even looked closely at the product picture. As I can’t return this product I will continue to use until finished. Not sure if it’s helping with my hair. Hate the sugar on this supplement.
