Love the taste of these. So much better for long runs than gels. Being able to eat one or a couple at a time means easier digestion and doesn’t dry your mouth out. They’re go-to nutrition for me on training runs and ultra marathons.

The taste is a little weird but it helps keeping my energy levels up while cycling or hiking.

I recently hiked Half Dome and these saved me I swear. For whatever reason I was so nauseated the entire hike. I couldn't eat anything. By the time we got to the top I was pretty fatigued. I finally got to where I could eat and I was so glad I had these. I physically felt the energy boost and they got me off the mountain. I'd definitely take these on any big hike! Loved them!!
