The convertible bed is great. Getting the back third down is tricky but once you know how it is fine. It is a bit on the firm side, but with a mattress topper it is great. I am very happy with it

The bed itself is a firm bed quite easy to turn into a bed my only problem with this is the instructions do not tell you how once you have adjusted the headrest how to put the headrest down after about 20 minutes of struggling found that you have to push headrest forward and back in a quick motion overall happy with purchase

Very firm, which we don't mind. When Nana comes to child mind, we have her memory foam topper here and she uses that. She has no complaints. It depends on your needs, it's ideal for us and it packs into a nice large seat or footstool

Got this for my daughter who stays with me every other weekend and she loves it and says it's so comfortable and it's folds away nice

I had friends came over and stayed for some days. Without extra space to accommodate another guest bed that I decided to bought this ottoman. It blended in to the sitting room as a stool and at the same time it could convert to a bed if needed. It’s sturdy and comfortable to sleep on and it came with a cushion/pillow. No assembly required. It could set up as a recline chair as well. Love this ottoman, a good piece of furniture.
