My Functional medicine doctor prescribed this about a year ago, it has made a positive difference in my health.

I eat a clean diet. I exercise and I didn't have any of the adverse reactions listed by some. It's like taking a vitamin for me. It's just part of my routine.

Taking this product is directed, that being one a day, caused all around malaise and a feeling of general unwellness, for lack of a better word. I stopped the product and waited several days and re-challenged but had the same symptoms again. I wonder if it was a detoxing reaction. Regardless, there’s no refund available on this product so just thought I’d share my thoughts with you.

I watched a video of a scientist who named some broccoli seed extract brands which he knew worked, and this was one of them. They were all quite expensive, of course. He said he knew of broccoli seed extract products which did not work, but didn't name those brands. I had used the Jarrow brand Broccomax for a couple of years and it did not work. When I got these, I opened a capsule and sniffed it. It was really strong smelling like fresh broccoli sprouts.However, I failed to notice before buying this that it contains ascorbic acid. My stomach can't handle even a 50 mg. dose of that type of Vitamin C. So I had bad stomach pains from this even when I divided one 100 mg capsule into two capsules. I also had a tremendous amount of intestinal gas, which I didn't get with the Jarrow brand. So this is not for me, but might be good for other people. However, I would try it out on a day when it will not matter if you get a lot of gas. Remember before you buy that you won't be able to return the product.

This is a high quality supplement but it causes a lot of gas and stomach cramps. I was in pain for a long time until I stopped taking this supplements.
