Very heavy duty and robust.I find the spatula more than solid enough to do the burger smash so don't think the press is going to get much use, no point dirtying 2 tools when one will do.If I was buying again I'd try and just buy the spatula on its own.

Gets a good smash and the slice is good and sturdy for getting those smashed burgers off the hot plate…

So far it has been a great kit to have, I find most burgers too large so I have been using the kit to half the size and smash them which I think makes a better homemade type 5 guys style burgers.I would have preferred if the press was heavier so you could leave it on while cooking but overall for the price it’s a great kit and gets used every time we decide to make burgers

These are BBQ tools I didn’t know I needed. Really well made and my smash burgers were very easy to lift and flip due to the angled edge. Mixing my own seasoning in the easy shaker was a dream and the cover aided in melting the cheese without over doing the burgers

Quality was super

The Burger Smasher worked fine and the cover melted the cheese quickly. The only problem is I cut a finger on the edge of the Smasher Plate because it is too sharp.

These are excellent griddle accessories for making smash burgers or any similar large items on a griddle or grill. The spatula is much larger than the flimsy ones generally used in the kitchen. The burger press is solid and works to squeeze ground meat onto the griddle surface to give it a nice crispy edge (just remember to use parchment paper between the meat and press or the ground beef will stick to the metal). We haven't used the shaker yet but how could it go wrong? A nice set of tools.

It smashes, it flips. Shaker holes are smaller than I would have liked, but not an issue.

This item was a gift and it arrived with the box and tools completely mangled.I will use them and I guess not give it as a gift.

I got a new griddle and tried to make smash burgers. Using two spatulas to smash the burgers didn't work well. The press works well and has a good weight to get the patties nice and thin. The dome and a splash of water help ensure the cheese is nice and melty. I do recommend using a piece of parchment paper with the press to make cleanup easier.
