I have long been familiar with the benefits of garlic, but this is my first time trying an actual supplement. (One can only eat so much garlic.) I like that it is Made in the USA and the ingredients seem pretty clean although it does have silica and magnesium stearate in the capsule which is probably fine but some people avoid them. There is a slight garlicky smell when the bottle is opened, I take this as a good sign. I did not notice any aftertaste or issues after taking them, I only take one at a time though. The recommended dosage is three tablets, I like to spread them out throughout the day. The price is right and overall seems like a solid choice for black garlic supplements.

Each 3 capsule serving offers a potent, 1500mg dose of black garlic.This supplement has been 3rd party tested for purity and potency, and is standardized to 0.16% S-allyl-cysteine (2.4mg per serving).
