I absolutely LOVE this post mailbox from Big Fortune!! It’s incredibly beautiful and so well made it is an amazing piece of art and designed to perfection! Not one thing was flawed and it WILL sit on a shelf or table which I love that it was so thoroughly thought out and designed to give you a variety of options for placing on a wall or entry table or even a shelf with other decor, this is the absolute Best of the Best in not only the design and style but the colors are so beautiful and one can tell how much pride this company takes in their work and craftsmanship. I will have to edit my review when I decide whether I want to hang it up or place on a shelf so you can see the options this piece provides. If I could give this 100 out of 5 stars it would definitely be worth it because this is the best one I’ve ever seen and now own for my collection!! I can’t wait to order other pieces from this outstanding company!! I am so excited to use this beautiful piece for my personal letters etc. Exquisite and truly unique piece of art!! This is too flimsy for a day-to-day real mail box, in 2 weeks our mail person complained about how limiting it was and it ended up being gifted as a prop for some kind of antique retro-thing. Looks great but not a real mail box. *EDIT these are stand-up sellers! they reached out on their own to refund which I was not expecting. I chalked it up that I should have done my research a little better than to just buy on looks.

Installed mailbox on our 100 year old house. Looks vintage which is what we wanted.

This package arrived today and the door is seemingly upside down! 🙃 😆 I guess I'll just have to return it and wait for another one to arrive?? Other than that it's super cute and I would recommend it as long as you can get one with the door on the right way haha

Like it but would have been better with screws enclosed. I am a single woman that just moved in & I have to screw into my house with no screws or tools

There are two ways to put mail in this box: the top flap and a magnetic door. The top flap is to small for fliers and magazines and the front door is too short (as is the mailbox itself) to fit in mail. The box is only hung from two hooks at the top. As a result, opening the magnetic door pulls the box away from the wall. Overall, charming to look at, pretty frustrating to try to use.I ordered a different one that is charming AND practical.
