Absolutely brilliant phone, just what we was looking for as my husband is forever dropping his phone or cracking the screen. So my daughter and I had been searching for sometime to find a phone that could withstand being dropped etc and also it had to be able to get whats app etc and this phone does all that and more. Cannot fault it and my daughter bought it for my husbands 50th birthday in June and he was and still is over the moon with it x I can totally recommend getting one if you want a phone that can withstand alot and you don't mind it being a bit thicker than the new phones about these days. What a load of rubbish. Once I charged the battery and setup the phone it crashed and now will not work at all and can't get anywhere with customer service. And the £200 price tag is definitely a con shame really I was really looking forward to using it as mine had so many problems.

This is a great phone for anyone who works outdoors or with machinery and particularly if you wear gloves while working, or if you're physically active outdoors. It's more robust than normal smartphones with a tough screen and a good grip from the casing.Set up was fairly easy although a word of warning: I didn't choose the language quickly enough initially and had to find my way out of the set up in Korean (I think!). This wasn't hard but it was a little frustrating to work out how to get back to the start menu. Once there, the set up second time around was painless and straightforward.The phone itself is great and I've had no problems with using it at all. Ideally, I'd like it to have come with a slighter bigger screen but this does the job for now, and the camera and display work well for me and are both an improvement on my previous phone.

Battery life is amazing. When it was new it lasted me for 6 days+ After 6 Months battery tend to last for 4 to 5 days on dimmed display and internet on. I work in cold environments often I have to go to a chiller that is at 10 degrees then move into the freezer were is -12 and once a while into the BLAST FREEZER where is whooping minus 30 degrees. And then I have to go back to the office while in cold days my boss turns the heating to the maximum. The phone doesn't have a problem with the temperature fluctuations. I tend to keep my phone alongside with my keys. and there aren't any displeasing scratches on the screen. Once at tea time, I decided to show my colleges that I have a resilient phone and then I have thrown across the road. And few scratches on the rubber around the phone, and the screen if it could communicate it wood laugh and shall ask for one more throw. Music plays well on the phone and watching youtube is decent. The only con of this phone is sooo slow, you cant have multiplay apps runi9ng in the background. But the phone is designed for working adult not teenagers. And the GPS in the phone has never let me down.

I'm sure it's rugged, I work in very extreme conditions and so far the phone is still working and the battery does last. However - I found it difficult to answer calls, difficult to clear opened applications and worst of all when trying to play music on it the thing works for a while then for no apparent reason spits its dummy, flashes from view to view and won't respond, leaving no alternative but to switch off and restart. Hence have stopped trying to listen to music. If I were located near access to a mail service I would return it to the supplier. I don't expect a great deal from my phones - but this doesn't do the basics, as should an item with this price tag .

Great phone- really holding up against the dust and dirt. Great battery.

I've gone through four phones by the time my warranty ran out credit due they replaced it,but your without a phone waiting for replacement to arrive. phone went on do not disturb,and wouldn't turn off,. obviously a design fault .four times????

Battery life for a robust phine that’s supposed to be used for work purposes. Just is not fit for purposeUse it for work as a driver and all I do is scan the parcels and the battery from full charge goes to 20 percent with in 3 hoursShould expected it to last for 6-8 hours and be robust to handle this workThe calls and touch screen are slow you have to press to use it’s not touch screen it’s press screen lol
