Love this brand , been using it for years. Love to take glutamine after my workouts I can see the difference. Definitely recommend

Good product

I have seen results within a week. I’m less hungry and my sugar craving have lessened. I take twice a day as recommended. Along with sea moss and Ashwagandha.

This supplement changed my life. I have been working on my digestive health for 10 years and this plus some additional diet changers were the last things I needed to finally get everything settled! Still take it twice a day and plan to forever.

Mine came and they were all white and not expired looking. I am excited to try them, I have heard they are great for gut health and memory.
