Smarter Vitamin D3 5000 IU in Avocado Oil 125mcg - 90 Mini Softgels

I researched so many supplements and this one had everything I needed without the things I don't. I am a breast cancer warrior and I am avoiding certain things like soy for example because of how it negatively impacts hormones and this product was able to give me the Vitamin D-3 complex without the unwanted soy. I have been taking these for about a week now. They are easy on my system and the price was easy on my wallet. I am looking forward to trying more of this brand of supplements in the near future. I look forward to my Vitamin D3 to help me out as I am inside 99% of the time and not getting my Vitamin D from the sun.For anyone in my situation, or even those who are required to stay out of the sun- this supplement could very well be your answer! The product contains fish for anyone who is allergic, however if that doesn't trouble you- this should be your go-to for Vitamin D3!

Seems to be working, my vitamin D levels were too low now they are in middle of recommended range (40 nanograms/milliliter). They already have oil in it already so you don't need to take them with extra oil (vitamin D needs oil to be absorbed). So 5 stars.They look great, shiny translucent yellow color. Improves my mood every morning :) They are also small and slippery so very easy to swallow.

My doctor told me I needed to take D3 because my blood work came back low. I live in Washington state and we get rain or cloud cover 8-9 months a year. I’ve been taking D3 for several years and switched to this brand because it has the avocado oil in it which has added health benefits. Easy to digest. The pills are small and leave no after taste. Love that they are made in avocado oil. Good value for your money.
