I found CLA extreme linked from the Opti Men supplements. I have been taking one to two CLA extremes every day. I am only "semi-committed" to my diet and exercise but I have finally dropped below my "plateau weight". I am 35 y/o male working out two to three times a week, very active day to day and a somewhat sensible diet. I'd been stuck at around 230lbs for six months or so and haven't changed anything apart from adding CLA extreme to my supplements. I also take green tea and coconut oil. I'm now down to 220lb after about two months. I didn't see much difference during the first month, but since then I have noticed my stomach is leaner and my clothes hang better. My appetite is reduced and as such I feel less inclined to snack. I'll continue to take the CLA and having seen results I will increase my intake to two to three pills a day.

there's an illness in my family which this supplement helps to prevent. i don't notice any other obvious results. but i don't have the disease yet and I'm 67...

The NOW Brand never disappoints. I take this CLA a bit different from the directions as I only take it once a day just before I workout. My gradual results are awesome.

Gives a nice energy boost without the jitters. However, I haven’t noticed any weight-related benefits. This is now the second bottle I’ve received where the supplements are “greasy” as if one had leaked inside the bottle.

This produce works, I’ve lost almost 2 dress sizes, I highly recommend it.

I loved more natural energy

It absolutely caused migraines for me. I tested to make sure this was causing the headaches. Take the CLA - migraine the following day. Stopped taking CLA, no headache. Took it again- headache was back. No doubt this was causing them. Not returnable. Waste of money.
