Perfect fit
These are great, they are labeled left and right for anyone who is using them for the fist time. Easy to throw in your pocket between sets if you need to take them off. Also they are well crafted, zero flaws in my set

Wrist support
After 2 months of using these, they’re honestly not the best support, they’re very flexible but you gotta tighten them to provide some form of support.

Great for mid to light weights
These wrist wraps are awesome! I love AOT so I had to snag them but they are a bit on the thin side. My trainer advised not to use them on heavier weights because it won’t offer the support needed but still keeping these for lighter days
