These are great! They remind me a lot of Ramen, just without the gluten. However, I am not celiac, just gluten sensitive so keep that in mind.

I am so happy this bulk amount comes individually wrapped! Safer and better for these to remain fresh. However, for me, they were in crumbs. Not all of them but more than half of them. Mostly the ones on the bottom half. I would love to make a small suggestion, maybe put a layer of thin bubble wrap on the bottom, sides and top to prevent them smashing around. I appreciate the instructions and the best by date. This is my favorite ramen, so I’ll have to buy more when I run out.For anyone wondering the serving size is 1/2 of the ramen. So essentially a full piece of ramen cooked will run you 260 calories. It’s a darn good ramen, that I can eat without food allergies affecting me now! I cook on low for a good 5-8 minutes to get the texture I want and it reminds me of the gluten filled ramen noodles I once used to eat. these were in individual sealed plastic packs. not in a huge unsealed bag as the other reviews posted. they taste great and cook normal.

Are you serious? This vendor should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving good customers with false advertising, pics and packaging. Lots of crumbled shake. So very upset! We thought to try it regardless of the packaging and the flavor is not good nor tasty. We expected better. We do not recommend this product!

So tasty and easy to make. Can anything be more lovely than a box of noodles? Great value, too.

Since becoming gluten free a decade ago, one thing I've really missed is ramen. I've tried dozens of GF ramen noodles, mixes, packs and cups of ramen alternatives but none have 'felt' like real ramen. The noodles are always off. These are the closest to a real ramen noodle that I've found! They have the curly look to them, good bite, slurp-ability and they don't break down after sitting in hot broth. They're very satisfying and are the closest I've found to regular mass produced ramen noodles!

Only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the box was banged so much my ramen was broken. This is very delicious ramen that I might order againbecause it tastes so good, if the second batch is broken I will let you know and never order again.
