Threads were out of tolerance
The threads were out of tolerance, so no matter how tight you go or how much Teflon tape you use they will not seal.

I can get any pvc part I want from the comfort of my home with a small wait time.
I was able to buy the pvc pluming part that I couldn't find locally from the comfort of my home with a small delay. My pond supplies 20,000 honey bees ,wild and domestic animals a water hole that is for all year round.

Good product, poor description.
The product is fine but not what I needed. Not being familiar with the terminology I ordered the wrong fitting. Better descriptions (words and pictures) would be appreciated.
