Fits perfectly on 2023 BMW X5. All the screw holes lined up. Better than the original one that came w/ the car since the plastic screw holes can get stripped. I like having the security screws and hope they will stay rust-free for a long time. I put some chromed plastic covers on them.

Okay quality, Galvanized screws
The frame itself looks to be OE quality - live here in the rust belt and will have to replace the screws with stainless ones so they don't corrode and rust. Otherwise great, especially for the price.
