Absolute favorite kit.
This is by far one of my favorite Gundam models. The design and articulation are amazing. It's detailed, and the stickers add a nice touch. It's very sturdy too, so if you like to re-pose your models every now and then, it's up to the task! Highly worth buying. Would absolutely recommend.

You need a Sazabi in your collection
Even for an RG this is an incredible build. Really fun to put together. Crown jewel of my small but growing collection.Buy third-party waterslide decals. Comes with stickers (like most Gunpla kits) which don’t look so great closeup.

Tough to learn but worth it
Fantastic! This was my first gundam model kit and while it was a nightmare to figure out in the first hour or so once I understood the instructions it was smooth sailing, the shoulders don’t seem to lock in very well if at all and are forming stress marks but I have my sazabi displayed only so it’s not a big issue for me can’t wait to get into more model kits after this!

I'll keep this short and sweet. Should you get one ? Well if you like Sazabi and want a 144 scale version then yes, absolutely. There isn't a better looking or posing144 scale Sazabi around, unless you want a more simplistic/anime accurate aesthetic then I'd say go for an HG.Now here's some advice: when you put the shoulders into the torso use a little bit of petroleum jelly and I mean a little, dip your finger tip into it then smear it on the bit of the shoulder joint that connects into the chest assembly. If you're into Gunpla you've likely heard about Sazabi's shoulders being easy breaks and that you should sand them etc, don't bother with that just do what I suggest and your life will be so much easier. In fact if you have any issues with fitting a peg into its hole just use some petroleum jelly - a little goes a long way. The only other thing I had issues with, and apparently others do too, is the clear piece for the mono eye and I can't really give you advice on that. You'll just have to figure it out. If you grab this kit I wish you happy building and a sieg Zeon !
