Not strong enough for my blocked nose
In theory the essential oil pure inhaler should be good.At night some of my medication gives me a stuffed nose sometimes at night.I keep the essential oil inhaler by my bedside tableOnce twisting and opening it up, the stick is actually very small and thin compared to Vicks inhaler.I have used most nights since received.My findings are, this is not menthol like Vicks, in fact I can only just smell essential oilWhen inhaling the inhaler didn’t really clear fully my stuffed nose. In fact in each nostril, I had to inhaler a few times just to feel I have taken it.I did sleep and unbeknown to me did work after a little while.All in all I will stick to Vick type inhaler for quicker resultsPretty sure I should not have to keep breathing the inhaler in several times to feel anything.So all in all, not enough power behind the oils, a nice idea, takes to long to breathe properly.If you want an inhaler not strong then this may suit you.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you

Really helped sinuses
I had read that sinuses are affected by menopause (I found my head was very stuffy a lot). Bought this and it really helped me, irrespective of whether it is menopause or not. This is a lovely little product that is effective.

Did not clear me
Made no difference at all to my blocked nose but other products did. Will not buy again.

Pretty effective, nice scent
Nice scent, quite a powerful effect too, much better than the bog-standard menthol nasal inhalers

Nice but not as effective
This is a nice natural alternative to the usual well known brand however its not as strong or effective. Its ok for a cold or a stuffy nose but not so good for a blocked nose.Also a point to note is that the expiry date is not that long, receieved in Feb 2022, Expiry Oct 2022

Smells like it has a lot of natural components
A small inhaler stick (under 7 cms) this contains a lot of essential oils - peppermint, eucalyptus, juniper, caraway, fennel, limonene (a chemical found in the rind of citrus fruits, such as lemons, limes, and oranges used in medicines including for bronchitis) linalool (found in the essential oils of many flowers and spice plants) as well as vitamin E.It feels a pleasant way to decongest which doesn’t feel as ‘sharp’ as the brand we all associate with relieving that ‘bunged up’ feeling.I don’t have a heavy cold at the moment and whilst I like the smell of this it is more subtle albeit naturally pleasant. I like that it doesn’t make ME smell strongly. Whilst I would try this if I felt heavily congessed I would also have the other well known brand to hand ‘just in case’. HOWEVER I can see me really having this handy and using this when:1. I don’t want / need to ‘smell of’ the strong alternative2. When I am on a plane and the air can feel a bit stuffy3. When I’m in a smelly environment and need a feeling of freshness! In these circumstances I will particularly appreciate this until I have a heavy cold to try it out. As the brand is well known for its quality and leaves a feeling of natures best I would say give it a try.

Sadly it did not work for me.
I had high hopes for this Po-Ho essential oils inhaler stick which reminded me of the Vicks inhaler. I could smell the peppermint and other essential oils which were very pleasant and i was looking forward to trying it out. i was hoping it would clear my stuffy nose and even though i tried it out several times i experienced hardly any relief, even though it did unblock my nose a little it was still left stuffy and blocked and i was left disappointed. The inhaler vapours just didn't seem strong enough.I wouldn't purchase this product again as it didn't seem to work for me.
