The media could not be loaded. Cheap, easy to use. As a parents want to capture my son’s football match. XbotGo I think it is best choice. This is my second time to buy( my daughter moved to the same day match as my son, so I need 2 of it which my wife can bring my daughter to match and capture the match for me to see and I capture my son match to her😬) of course it is not perfect, but most time at least can track the ball 90-95% (some tips try to move the machine close the pitch line)and XbotGo team is improving the machine and support us (I did use my first one over a year). Best cheap auto tracking machine in the market.

The media could not be loaded. This Gimbal is lightweight, fits nicely into my pocket and is easy to carry around. It offers quite a lot of functions with intuitive interactions. You can tell it is well-designed and of great quality. It’s easy to fold and unfold, the phone grip is nice and tight. The wheel that controls the directions is very sensitive which is good, but I'll need to practice a bit to get used to it... The Bluetooth connects fast, the APP is easy to use and offers different recording modes (see the image). You can choose to have a better resolution or smaller size. Besides doing what a gimbal should do, it does track my partner quite accurately when he moves around in the lens. I had an Osmo pocket and I've got to say XbotGo does a better job tracking objects! If you have a kid who participates in sports activities, this gimbal will come in handy, but I use it for casual dog walks and trips. Hopefully one day the app will add a function of tracking pets, and that would be fun to play with!

Having reviewed other products on the market, I choose the Blink Focos primarily because of the price point. I regularly record my under 11 teams matches but have found that either I had to point the camera in one direction (therefore capturing only half the match) or rely on a parents to move it (with varying results).I used the device for the first time yesterday for a 9 aside football match (soccer for our American friends). Alongside the Blink Focos, I also purchased a 12ft stand.Having never switched it on before the game it took me 5 - 10 minutes to get it connected to my phone (an iphone 13) using the Xbot Go app. Initially I struggled to get it working correctly, I hadn't screwed the device on to the stand fully and failed to line up the camera centrally. Once I corrected that it was off and running. It's worth mentioning that during filming yesterday there were very high winds, however the device seemed to handle it well.The app is fairly intuitive to use but the documentation a little lacking. It took me a while for example, to work out how to make the recording available in "my photos" on my iphone, I eventually found a video which clearly showed how. A small grumble was that details are not provided on how to log on to the portal to download clips in the cloud, when I found the manufacturer portal and tried to reset my password it didn't recognise it and I am still not sure if I am logging on to the right place.Having downloaded the video clips and watched them back I am fairly satisfied with the output. In hindsight, I should have set the camera back a little further from the edge of the pitch to enable the camera to capture images in the corners closest to the camera. The AI is pretty good and captured most of the play. High balls occasionally got lost and fast balls forward didn't always get picked up however the camera recovered the ball quickly. The auto zoom worked very well. The footage can be a little jerky when watching it back, I suspect, if the camera was set a little further back and higher it would capture more of the pitch which would have helped. Also the strength of the wind on the day of recording probaly caused issues. I didn't have an opportunity to test the live feed.Pro's -The price point is great in comparison with others on the market.The software is intuitive.It was easy to setup and get running.The device feels well built.No monthly fees.It is a lot better than relying on someone to move a camera or having a static recording.Con'sThe documentation is lacking in some areas and should be improved.The footage was a little jerky (this could be due to the setup and positioning of the camera).The AI used for the ball tracking has some room for improvement (it was good but not great). I estimate that up to 10 - 15% of the footage was missed.Summary - It's not perfect but given the price point and hopefully improvements to come on the AI via the app I am pleased with the investment we have made. If you have £1000.00+ to invest and are ok with monthly fee's there are better quality options on the market, however, if you are working on a budget and willing to accept that it's good but not perfect the Blink Focos is a good investment and one I would recommend.

So bought this tech with high hopes that I had found an affordable solution for recording my two sons football games, however after a couple of attempts it appears that this solution is simply not fit for purpose. Tracking of the action is 50% accurate at best, and the camera movement is jerky at the gimbal tries to keep up with the action. On a number of occasions the gimbal completely lost the action and I had to drop the tripod to reset. In my most recent game the tech missed 2 out of the 4 goals scored. Disappointed as there aren't many affordable options on the market but this in its current design simply isn't worth the hassle or cost.

The product and app is great value compared to other options on the market. I use it to track junior football games and have been really impressed with it. Once you have found the settings that best suit the conditions and speed of filming required the accuracy is 90% plus.
