Excellent product
Bought this to replace some other make Bayliss I think This is far superior, didn't find it hard to use at all really pleased with it and don't find it at all uncomfortable.

Bought this as I was horrified to see my little 'moustache'. Read reviews of other products but this seemed to be the best product and I wasn't disappointed. Make sure you read the instructions though and don't overdo, you can always go back tomorrow and pick up strags. I always use an aloe vera gel afterwards and haven't had any problems

Useful item
This seems to work quite well on small fine hairs but does leave bigger ones behind. gets warm quite quickly so you need to keep moving it around. I use it to get small hairs around my eyebrows and this well there.

Fine on 'peach fuzz' rubbish on 'fuse wire'.
Very disappointing results compared to epilators that I've used previously. Takes ages going over the same area with coarse hairs to ge them removed - quicker to tweezers in my experience. I'm sending mine back as unfit for purpose.
