Green Label Buck Wheat Noodles-300 gm

I can't say if this is the way genuine buckwheat/soba noodles are meant to taste because this is my first time cooking them. The importer's sticker says that these are only 40% buckwheat, which seems comparable to other brands sold in India.Cooking instructions are in Chinese (I'm guessing) but look up some recipes online and you should be fine. I cooked these for just 5 minutes and then rinsed them in cold drinking water. They should be a little slippery when eaten but not gluggy and stuck together.Each packet has 300g of noodles divided into 3 bundles. I found that one of these bundles is enough for me.I would buy these again.
