Q: carbonated water - anyone tried?

No, but it kept my icewater going cold FOR 3 DAYS!!! Incredible, I've never seen anything like this product before...genius!

Q: Hey, can i put the bottle in the freezer? i've been putting in at the fridge, it doesn't get cold as i like. will it explode at freezer?

If you put it in the freezer do not put the lid on till you take it out. The expanding water if sealed could damage the vacuum between the layers. It's insulated(doubled walled), so putting it in the freezer with the cap on wouldn't do what you want anyways. Just use ice or freeze your beverage in an ice cube tray first and add it to the bottle and fill the rest with liquid.

Q: does this have the metallic taste some water bottles have?

No! They're spectacular! I've used two of these bottles for almost every day for 15 months now. They are spectacular. If I make a fruit smoothie add some ice to mix up with it in my blender, the contents will still be chilled and ice cold 24 hours later. They're pretty remarkable. And no metallic taste at all.

Q: what dimensions are the bottle

I'm not sure, but it holds a few ice cubes and 12-oz of water with no problem.
