Cool tones
My hair has golden tone to it, which I don’t like.This colour is cool, so gives me the simple cool brown that I want my hair to be.

Very happy with the result
I do really like the final result after application of this product. It saved my hair after a disastrous mistake with a different brand and shade.It covered all reds which were undesired and did not wash out from my previously bleached hair as other brands would normally do. It does eliminate reds and is gentle for the hair.It is also quite intense, so for thinner and shorter hair I would not recommend full tube, as it could result in darker than desired outcome.I would recommend this product and will be trying other shades next time.

Nice coverage but didn’t cover brassy tones
Got this in the hopes it might take away some of the brassy orange that developed in my hair after the summer sun, but it’s just coloured it slightly darker - my hair still has exactly the same orange tone. Didn’t damage hair though, was left shiny. Will just have to continue my search for a hair colour that is actually really cool-toned :(
