Nice product
Good neckband, at such a price rate with good low latency and clear voice quality and touch sensor, it is comfortable in ear and easily gets fixed and has a cool design.

No volume control buttons
Volume and media control on nackband works by feeling the buttons by your fingers but this doesn't have buttons for volume control, but has a touch pad which is impossible to use because you can't see it while using, and even if you reach it, it doesn't work properly it decreases the volume whichever way you slide.I'm trying to unsuccessfully control the volume for last two days, There were no need to make such a simple task so impossible. Same with media control.I tried to return it but you can't you can only replace which I did hoping there's a problem with my perticular piece but no the newer piece is same I'm finding new problems every day,So the material used is same that you get in cheap earphones which irritates you ears when it rubbes against anything,Volume and media changes automatically because the touch pad rubbes against your neck because it's a neckband.I can only use the left one because there is some irritating sound in the right one( like the one rubbing sound you get in cheap earphones)You can't turn it off by buttons you have to wait for it to turn off by disconnecting if you wanna restart.

This boat neckband power off switch glitch problem.
This neckband is value for money. Touch controls is good. Performance and quality really awesome. Battery life is really very awesome battery backup because i forgot the charge cable this neckband almost 2 days work properly. Clarity of voice is ok. I face 2 problem the neckband bluetooth connectivity is not work properly sometime. And on/off buttons are sometimes not work. amazon I like this product
