It's perfect! This phone is really amazing, I upgraded from A51. Works great in Trinidad and Trinidad 🇹🇹 with digicel and bmobile networks. I had no issues with choosing English USA (there were so many languages to to choose from including English UK). Box was sealed, phone was brand new as stated! Highly recommend this seller! OE USA! Definitely value for your money. Easy to transfer from previous Samsung phone and the Battery lasts really long. IMEI # included at the bottom for authenticity. Get it now!!

Good battery, and does not get hot. Camera is good. Sounds is good.Big Square shape is not as nice as my Pixel 5a which was light and compact.People with small hands may find this phone too bulky to hold easily.

We bought this phone July of last year. We paid just over a thousand dollars for the phone. Here we are I'm March and the phone is not taking calls, it goes directly to voice mail. Finally, the phone company advised us that someone puts a block on the IMEI chip/ number on the phone. We reached out to Samsung and they sent us to Amazon which we connected with vendor who told us we must have downloaded something ti block the phone. I'd that's the case everyone's phone would pretty much be blocked. We were advised that this is something someone who has access to the phone can do. Now we're put of over one thousand dollars , no phone and only 8 months since we bought this phone!

The phone is beautiful, I bought it brand new and it was flawless, and has all the bells and whistles. Battery life is decent. Weight is on par with what you'd expect. Camera is fantastic. Data tracking is horrendous. But then all major brands are horrendous.

Came exactly as described. Worked perfectly fine upon opening. Took my SIM card from my other phone and plugged it right in; I use TMobile and didn't have any problems during the switch. I did it all myself and didn't have to take it into the store.This is just a great phone overall. Amazing camera, phone in great condition upon arrival, great pen features, and works much faster than my old LG phone.
