Excellent customer service and excited to try the new device. **PRIOR**Wanted to love this tablet holder. We went with this option because the dual mounted ones wouldn’t work with how our seats are in the car (wouldn’t be even). We bought this for a long cross country road trip so our kids in the captains chairs could watch as well as the ones in the third row. We were worried that the weight of the iPad would make the mount tilt since the weight would be on the end of the mount. It didn’t, it actually fit pretty snug on our headrest and stayed in place. Where the big issues lie are that the plastic is very cheaply made. After 1 month of use, the top clamp just completely snapped off. Our kids don’t play with it or mess with it. We left the iPad on the mount for 3 days straight with no one touching it. Came out to the car one morning and the iPad was laying on the ground. Car was completely undisturbed. The mount is cheaply made so the clamp just broke off on its own over night and the iPad came crashing down. There’s no way to use the mount without both clamps so now it’s trash. Would be a great design if the clamps weren’t so cheaply made

I bought this for a road trip to hold my ipad for my 2 year old and it was perfect!! It was so easy to install, literally slide right in and worked perfectly! It fit my iPad gen 10 great and was so easy to position! The swivel part was the best part!

super easy to install, just pulls open and using spring tension to hold on back of headrest. very sturdy construction, holds 10" tablet easily. kids love it, and I love it for distracting them on longer car rides. way more affordable than installing a whole head unit into the ceiling of the truck.

*Update* - the seller provided an updated version of this product to try and was very easy to work with. The new one so far works better, and we have not yet had the issue with it swinging at all on sharp turns. Updating from 1 star to 4 based on the new product, and will update again after a few months of use.* Original * We struggled with this from when we purchased in February. It was great in theory, but in practice, it didn’t stay in place and would swing out if we took a sharp turn in the car. After 4 months of use, I went to put the iPad in today for a car ride and the piece that connects to the headrest (I.e. not the part I was touching) broke off, rendering the entire thing useless. I wanted this to be great, but unfortunately I need something that will last longer and clearly be more durable.For reference; we did not use the product daily - maybe once per week.
