The media could not be loaded. This is a very comfortable back brace.I feel supported and lifted. It's tight right below your chest but not as tight as those waist trainers so there's a bit more comfort.The bones on the side feel like a flexible strong plastic the the fabric is smooth and soft. It gives some shale to me.It's hook close then zip up then strap around.I could of went a size smaller if wanted more of a trainer feel, but I like this for a workout/casual day hold.

I really like that it’s not velcro, my other back braces doesn’t last only because the velcro stop sticking together, but I m kind of disappointed because the material is too stretchy not providing a better support. Wish it was layered with study material around lower back

It was not easy to put on and it was not true to size said it was an XXL and it looked like a small instead disappointed

Only thing this really does is give some support. the small isn’t small enough to do something for me. I’m not the most petite but the small is more of a medium if you ask me. I’d consider buying something else

Honestly read a lot of bad reviews, but for me this works great. Sizing is on point 👌. Material feels good just wish where the zipper starts and ends had a little cover or something cause it does irriate skin a bit. But overall great product. Snatches the waist so nicely.
