We’ve been using these clippers for some time now and they are a great set of clippers! They come in a box with everything you need for a good grooming session. The clippers themselves are cordless, lightweight and quiet, so they are easy to work with wherever you need to get to without spooking your pet. The build quality is very good, and comfortable to work with, they also have a digital battery display. The battery life is impressive, we can clip our two Cavapoos and have enough battery life to do two more before the next charge. Our boys have slightly different coats, one is wavy, the other is tight curls and these clippers glide smoothly through both with ease, leaving a clean, even finish. All in all, these clippers are great value for money. But that’s not all . . . . after clipping merrily for a year and a half the clippers just weren’t clipping so well. I emailed Oneisall to find out if replacement blades were available, and I had a lovely reply from the delightful Andrea. Replacement blades were not available but Andrea did offer a few tips to try, she also said that if the tips didn’t solve the issue, they would send out a replacement set, which they did, and we are now back to merrily clipping again. I highly recommend both the clippers and the company, First Class all the way!

I absolutely love these clippers. They have never let me down and hold charge extremely well. I always achieve a salon- quality finish with them. The guard combs go all the way up to 1” which I really like for my standard poodle. They’re super smooth and very reliable, a nice weight and easy to use. Amazing value for money, easy to use and a good range of guard comb length. I’ve clipped a few dogs with these and always found them reliable and durable. They’re not the prettiest and not the highest quality you can get, but work perfectly for what I need.

Great product and great service. I find the clippers easier to use on the small grade guards rather than the larger ones. They are lightweight and quick to charge. They are not too noisy so they don't distress my dog. After a few uses I had an issue with them snagging on my dogs fur, I contacted customer service to ask how I could improve them and spoke to Sue. She resolved the issue very quickly and I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you Sue.

These clippers work very well on my Cockapoo who has a quite tight curly coat. They cut easily and have a good weight and feel in the hand. The charging base is good as I can put the clippers in it while I titivate him up with the comb and it puts a bit of charge back in, not that that's needed as the battery is easily up to a complete cut, about 48% remaining after a full groom. Unfortunately after about a year they stopped cutting so well and I contacted Oneisall support. I had an email exchange with Olivia in the support department about my problem and she immediately arranged a replacement set to be sent out! The 2 year guarantee they offer really is true to their word and I'm very impressed with their customer support. I was given a choice of a couple of suitable replacement clippers (both with replaceable blades) as this model was out of stock, so in future I will be able to buy replacement blades when necessary as any cutting tool will blunt over time, which wasn't something I'd considered in my original research for some clippers. Overall a great product and exceptional customer service.

EDIT- I just wanted to make sure others realise the real issue was my grooming hating dog not the clippers. They cut really well and the customer service from the company was beyond excellent. Looks really nice and excellent battery life. It's also nice and sharp and cuts with ease. But it's quite heavy, not overly quiet and vibrates a bit. The on/off lever at the side is awkwardly placed and easy to knock. Good selection of comb guides but I felt the jump between the first and second too big, it felt like there should have been a stage inbetween but that's purely my preference. Comb and scissors were good quality too. My dog hates it more than others I've tried but he doesn't really like any of them and it does actually cut better than many others. My 2 year old poodle/corgi cross hates being groomed, and he's the most stubborn little dog I've ever known. I've had and groomed myself a collie cross and a Yorkie and I thought the Yorkie was a stubborn little sod but he was a dream compared to this one. So he goes to the groomers every 2 months and I just do tidy up's every 2 weeks, so not doing a full groom. If your dog is well behaved and likes being groomed this is really good or if there's 2 of you doing it but for me and a stubborn, naughty pup it's unfortunately not ideal

Why did you choose this product over others?: These are excellent clippers and worked a treat for just over a year, when they seemed to start pulling my dogs hair when clipping. Prior to this they cut really well and the battery life was excellent (with a digital display showing remaining battery power) I emailed oneisall to see if I could purchase new blades and was contacted by a very helpful member of the support team called Sue. I was advised that as the blades were not replaceable but as the clippers were within the warranty period they would send me a replacement free of charge. Sue was very helpful and arranged for a new set of clippers to be sent out. The level of customer service provided by the support team (Sue) was fantastic and I was kept informed throughout. I was would certainly recommend these clippers and this company to anyone in the market for a new set of pet clippers.
