The size of the anchor box was about 12" high by 36" long by 24" wide. A smaller shipping container would have been better. The anchor moved around and poked a hole in it. The anchor wasn't damaged, yet a smaller box packed with wrapping or airbags may have eliminated movement. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this work good for deep drops?

This anchor is awesome. My boat doesn’t move and it sets quickly. I have quite a bit of chain on it as well. The only problem is I don’t have a winless and it is a heavy anchor. If you hand line this thing in 200 foot of water you will not need to go to the gym that day lol
