Great quality. Very comfortable to move around. Fits perfectly next to bed and easy to transfer baby to master bed.

Wish I had bought one sooner. Get it if you had a c-section
This thing is amazing. I got a free Snoo bassinet from my employer but I hated it. I had a c-section so I looked up the brand bassinet that was used in the hospital and saw that it was a halo. Two of the things I really loved about the one in the hospital were:1. It could swivel to me so I could pull the bassinet to me from the hospital bed, which was SO helpful while recovering from surgery.2. The side of the bassinet is collapsible so I could pick up baby from the bassinet so easily. The weight of my forearms would collapse the side of the bassinet while I was picking her up - so I didn’t have to use my abdominal muscles at all. Some additional features this one has that I love:The sides are mesh so I don’t have to worry about baby rolling over and not being able to breathe if he face is against a side. The height is perfect for pulling over a bed.The bassinet basket is removable! We took it off of the base and brought it to a hotel so baby could still sleep in a familiar space. It has several sound and vibration settings. I love using the heartbeat sound for my baby. Helps her fall asleep. The size is good and as a bassinet, it is the most functional one I’ve had. I wish I had bought one for my first two c-sections.It is a bit on the heavier side - but only if you have to carry it around. If you keep it stationary next to your bed and just deal with the swivel function, it is a piece of cake!I love it and this is seriously one of the best items I’ve purchased post c-section. It is a worth every penny. Also highly recommend the halo swaddles. This company has got sleep down pat for babies!

Worth the price
Amazing bassinet. So convenient for night feeds, with the drop down side. Has music/vibrating feature. Swivels smooth and versatile. We used on lowest setting but could go high if need be. Pouch on side small but removable. Base is heavy and sturdy. Highly recommend, wish I had it for my older kids.

By far the best ever! Hands down!
This bassinet makes me want to have another baby just to use it again! It’s so tall and actually comes onto the bed! We have a high bed with a thick mattress and very low to the floor, slight opening. The flat feet of the Halo still slides under it! It swivels, turns, bends. I just can’t say enough good things. Buy it! Hope you love it too!

Ideal for first 3 months - tall and easy to pick up baby
Bought this as we wanted a bassinet that was tall - husband is 6’2” and I’m 5’7”..it’s very easy to put down and pick up our son from it. The swivel is extremely useful - we use this all the time to put the baby down and then turn the bassinet against the bed. Our son has slept in it for the last 11 weeks. We did purchase the halo bassinet sheets for it, but later realized any standard changing table sheet also fits the bassinet - it’s just slightly big, but works just as well. The bassinet easily detaches from the stand and can be carried to any room. For the first few weeks, we would take it to our living room everyday for his daytime sleeping.Things to watch out for -- The legs do come out quite a bit and we have tripped on it so many times- If your baby is on the larger side, he/she may outgrow it sooner. Our son is 12.5 lbs and 24.5 inches at 11 weeks and we are looking to move him to crib in a week.- the mattress is a little thin and baby gets cold if the room is colder than 75 degrees..so we added a polyester blanket under the fitted sheet and this seemed to help him sleep warmer and better.

Love it!
I was hesitant due to the price, but I absolutely love it!! Using this for my second child and it’s worth every penny. I had a bassinet/packNplay combo for my first sleeping beside the bed and this is night and day. Way less bulky and much more convenient.Measure your bed before buying. We have a sleep number i10 w/ adjustable bed frame, and this fits over the mattress when the head is flat and at a slight angle. I can swivel it beside the bed if I need my bed adjusted higher for nighttime nursing.

Dissappointing experience due to gradual slope
Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Initially, I was excited about the BassiNest because it seemed well-constructed and had received positive reviews. However, over time, a critical issue emerged that has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the bassinet.*Design and Initial Impressions*Upon unboxing, the bassinet appeared sturdy and well-designed. The materials used felt high-quality, and assembly was straightforward. The mattress seemed comfortable, and the overall aesthetic was pleasing. For the first two months, it seemed like I had made a great choice for my baby’s sleeping arrangement.*The Sloping Issue*Around the third month of use, I noticed a slight incline developing in the bassinet. At first, I thought it was a minor issue and tried to adjust the legs and mattress to ensure everything was level. Unfortunately, the sloping issue persisted and gradually worsened over time. This was particularly concerning because a flat sleeping surface is essential for the safety and comfort of a newborn.*Impact on Baby’s Sleep*As the slope became more pronounced, my baby started to slide towards one side of the bassinet during sleep. This not only disrupted their sleep but also posed a potential safety hazard. I found myself constantly checking on my baby to ensure they hadn’t rolled into an uncomfortable or unsafe position. This lack of a stable sleeping surface completely negates the primary purpose of the bassinet, which is to provide a secure and comfortable place for my baby to rest.
