Years ago I purchased this item from the Max Muscle store and it worked great! I haven't seen any results from this bottle AT ALL!! I can take the maximum daily dose and it still does nothing. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I wouldn't order it from Amazon. Order it directly from the store!

I love this plant-based formula which is a gentler way of cleansing the body. It's just one capsule per serving so swallowing is not an issue. I do wish the huge proprietary blend was split up as that's such a monstrous amount of ingredients cramped into one section. However, it's still great and a good way to stay lean.

The most prevalent ingredient in this cleanse is high amount of worthy and immune enhancing Vitamin B6—in fact 3,500% of the daily value. The cleanse itself uses natural ingredients. As with any supplement, ask your doc first.

I have issues with not being able to go to the bathroom as often as I should. I started by only taking one the first few days and didn't notice any changes. When I moved to two it definitely helped me.
