Let me start by saying that I am a Bigger Guy that has a 18.5” neck. I had tried other Traditional C shape pillows, with NO success, so I was worried that this would also be another unsuccessful try!When the item arrived, it came in nice nylon carrying case, inside came with an adjustable sleeping mask, a pair of earplugs in a small clear plastic carrying case, & of course the Neck Pillow.When I unraveled the pillow, I was like this is not going to fit, but to my surprise it did with the help of the Velcro, (see photo). Without that Velcro this pillow would be USELESS! Once on, the pillow held my head upright & you can actually rotate the pillow to a position that best fits your preference. The memory foam was really comfortable and the pillow case was smooth and soft. The pillow case can actually come off so that you can wash it.I have an upcoming 12hr International Flight and I look forward to trying this out! Everything I originally mentioned is still correct, however, here are my long use review.PROS:>Soft & comfortable.>You can rotate pillow to help adjust according to how you want your head & neck to be supported.>Pillow stayed cool for the most part, but when the plane got hot, you can get a little sweaty.CONS:>Since I have a bigger size neck, the pillow was a bit snug around my neck, however it allowed it to hold my head up with the use of the Velcro.>Since the pillow is a bit thicker, my head did not touch the back of the chair. When you’re sitting in an upright position, it can get a little uncomfortable, rotating the pillow so that the thinner side is in the rear helps, but it works best when you can recline the chair. However take note, on a plane you can’t always keep your chair in a reclined position.OVERALL Rating 1-10:I give this a “9”, only because I wish it was a bit longer for my neck size. This is the BEST travel pillow I have ever used. It truly keeps your head from slumping over to the side and prevents neck pain. It takes a little getting used to and figuring out how tight to Velcro it shut. It has a very soft fabric exterior and the memory foam is soft, not hard.

Very comfortable and good quality with zip off cover so can be washed ; nice colour ; arrived in quoted time . Folds up in a smallish ball for travel, and fits in the provided bag

I can’t keep count of the number of travel pillows I have purchased… each one promising to be the best on the market and/or to be differentiated from the competition is some amazing way. I was disappointed every time. The collection kept growing and I promised myself I would accept the fact that there really is no magic bullet travel pillow and that all of my international traveling would simply have to be exhausting.Y’ALL.I decided to give it one more go and I’m so glad. This really is quite different from the rest and I have slept beautifully (in various sitting positions) all the way from North Carolina to Milan.It didn’t solve for being stuck in the middle seat between two tall, obese men, but I hardly noticed them because I was… wait for it… SLEEPING SOUNDLY.

I did not love this product. No matter how I situated it, I couldn’t get comfortable. The way it attaches around the neck chocked me, and I don’t have a very thick neck. Not my thing.

It's too high and uncomfortable to use. Get something else, this one doesn't feel good to wear.

Bought for a trip to Europe. My son was surprised how comfortable and supportive it was on the 7 hour plane ride. He used it on our 2 hour Eurostar train ride and on the bus when we had longer trips between sites. The eye mask was soft and the earplugs helped. Worth every penny!
