Effective and Value for Money - filter support
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product for use in my 64-litre tank, and I’m quite impressed with its performance. The 3-litre bucket size is convenient and fits well for my needs. The wool catches even the smallest particles, effectively keeping the water crystal clear, as shown in my tank’s appearance.In terms of quality, it’s excellent. While I’ve seen some comments mentioning that the wool stopped pushing water through, I believe this may happen due to either overloading the filter with too much wool.When I first used it, I added too much wool, which reduced the water flow. After cutting the wool amount in half and reinserting it, the filter worked perfectly. I noticed a visible improvement in water clarity within 24 hours.To maximize its efficiency, I flip the wool after 24 hours to utilize both sides. By doing this, I ensure even usage before replacing it every three days. This method has consistently kept my water crystal clear and supported the filter’s function.Overall, this product is great value for money, performs as expected, and is a suitable size, will last for a while. I’m very satisfied with the results and would recommend it to others.

It does the job
Brilliant product, cheaper than the pre-made pads that can be bought. Does exactly the same for a lot less money. Water in my large tank is clearer than it has been for a while. Impressed.

Good for removing the finest of compounds of water for ultra clear water but after 24hours it stopped the flow of water going through filter back into my tank only used half a handful for my in tank filter as a water polisher
