Outstanding price, quality, and beauty. When I started needing a cane, one of my biggest fears was how it would look- because if I have to use I cane, it’s going to be fashionable and stand out. But I also didn’t want to spend a fortune on my first cane, not being exactly sure of the size I’d want and how comfortable the handle would be, etc. This cane is the best of all worlds. The price is great, it’s gorgeous - I have gotten so many compliments on it, which is not something I expected from using a cane! - and it’s comfortable to hold and use. Also, being wood, it was easy to cut down to the right size for me. A cane should come up to the bend in your wrist when you’re not holding it, and standing in a comfortable upright position. For most people, this is exactly half of their height, plus or minus an inch depending on how long your fingers and arms are, so I recommend getting a cane slightly taller than half your height, and cutting it to size if it’s not adjustable in small increments. This one was a little long, but I easily removed the rubber foot, cut a few inches off, tested it, cut another inch or so off to get it just right( and replaced the foot. I used a simple hand saw at home. It’s hardwood, and yet was easy enough to cut by myself. The whole process took about 10 minutes. It also comes with a couple of spare rubber feet for when the original wears out. I don’t do almost any walking on concrete, so I’m still on the original foot months later. My husband had surgery in another state and we got this to help him with walking. It is very sturdy and I love that we could take it apart and put it in our luggage when we flew to and from our destination. It is real wood and looks nice.

I have a hernia and a torn labrum in my hip from a roll over accident. I had to fly a couple of times for Dr appointments and I wanted a cane to help.get through the airport. The bissest need was a cane that would collapse so it could be stored in the tiny overhead compartment without inconveniencing other passengers. This cane did exactly that. It's also very stylish with the decorative swirls in the wood and the hand grip is very comfortable to walk with. It also doubles as a hook if you need to snag something like a dropped cup with a handle off the ground or slide into a shoe after going through airport security. I would also add that if you had to say "swat" at a person in a defensive manner it would work for that too.

I do greatly appreciate this cane & am very pleased with it. The wood is lovely, beautifully scrolled, lightweight. The handle is comfortable, much more so than the traditional curved type. It was nicely & safely packaged; the tip wears down easily but that is from gravel & use. I am 5'4 & need a total hip replacement - this cane helps tremendously. I highly recommend it as the price is very very reasonable, the cane is lovely - makes having to use a cane more acceptable to this stubborn senior woman. I think you will be pleased - a friendly reminder to check the cane pieces are snug as with anything screwed together, they might become loose. Hope this helps

Unfortunately, cane broke after 2 weeks of use. My husband only weighs 165 pounds, did not excessive pressure.Do not recommend.

The cane is very attractive. My husband liked using it because this is very fashionable. He is 6'4" and it worked well although I would've like to see an inch or 2 more. It seemed to hold his weight well also. Unfortunately it fell out of the car, hit the ground, and broke. We figured if he needed to put his weight on it or lean on it to prevent a fall that it probably would've broken anyway. We didn't expect it to break so easily.

This is the cane I chose for walking trails which are uneven and sometimes rocky, or slippery. The cane is very solid and holds position in challenging terrain. A screw together system, makes this easy to breakdown and put in the included carry bag. What I found especially helpful, is that, altogether, this is a bit heavier, but well balanced for movement. This allows me to be prepared for the numerous dogs on many walking paths. The cane can swing with authority and make an impact, if any difficult situation arises. Highly Recommended!
