IT WORKS!
I never usually write reviews but I was so impressed from the results and probably the first supplement that worked this fast and gave such visible results. I’ve taken every sleeping supplements, melatonin, ashwagandha, valerian root and even prescription ones, NONE worked as good as this. It reduces stress/anxiety and just gives you a very healthy sleepy feeling once you take it. Also I suggest, taking it at night:))So happy with the results!!

Very good product
Took it for 3 months, sleeping like a road kill after 2-3 weeks, waking up at 7,8,9 am, a thing that never happened in my life. Then I forgot to buy it and was too lazy, and went back to my sleeping pattern of a life time - waking up 4-5 times a night and getting up at 3-4 am. Very good product!

placebo effect?
I started taking these so to help me sleep throughout the night as I’ve had issues staying asleep the entire night, I’ll wake up every few hours and think I need to pee so I go pee (even though I don’t really need to go) and then I’d go back to sleep which is quite tedious and annoying to do a few times throughout the nightI do feel like those did help in combination with a few other things and they didn’t work from night one I had to take them for a week or so before I started sleeping throughout the whole night. I did read somewhere tho you need to let the nutrients build up or whatever (idk I googled it.)I don’t know though if it was placebo or not because I do also tell myself before going to sleep to sleep through the whole night and when I do that I also do tend to not wake up throughout the night so idk 😭😭But the combination of the magnesium and telling myself to sleep throughout the whole night, definitely does work which makes me think is it placebo?

Long-term health problems disappeared.
Wow. I bought for sleep but it solved another health problem for me like magic.How come you did not mention it solves PE?I am a two minutes man for years but after two days of using this product, I noticed the tight feelings in my pelvic area disappeared just like that.It took 50 minutes of hardwork for me to reach destination yesterday.Big thanks to this manufacturer

Very good but big pills
Pills are too big for me to swallow but I cut 2x pills open and mix the contents with yoghurt in the morning. I really feel they help with my restless legs at night. Highly recommended.

Giant capsules
No issues with the magnesium but I do have an issue with the size of the capsule. I take medication daily so generally don't have any issues with taking tablets, this however is HUGE and makes me gag/ feel like I will vomit every single time I take it - and it puts me off wanting to take it. I wish that with supplements especially, that they showed the actual size of them

Good quality just so big
These pills as a supplement are great. The ingredients are spot on and the quality of the product is good.Loses a star as the pills are simply outrageously big, I’ve not taken one yet that’s not tried to choke me to death. If you don’t like taking pills then avoid. They are about 4 times the size of a regular Nurofen tablet.
