Ordered this and received a whole dog cage and tray.

We only ordered and paid for the tray but received the dog crate and tray. Both were of good quality. The seller accepted that this was their error and advised that we could keep the dog crate, at no additional cost, which we accepted. Prompt response and problem resolved by the seller efficiently.

Exactly what I ordered

After trying to replace the whole pen and base which turned out unsuccessful, we finally found just a base to fit in the original pen. It fits perfectly and is value for money. It is made of good study and ,easy to clean material.

A good replacement for the tray in a crate we’ve had for years. The previous replacement was short but this one is fine

My better half always brings some pots in from the patio every winter. I bought a couple of these to go on the floor for protection. She can water them all she wants now 🙂

Perfect replacement roof . Turn upside down a put on my tool shed at my allotment... cheaper than wood and covering it... great done !!!!
