A bit tart but does the job
I learned the hard way not to take these on an empty stomach. I vomited within minutes of taking my vitamin. But it only took one time to learn that lesson. The cherry flavor is a little tart for me but if I break it to pieces and eat it a little at a time it's more palatable.I picked this vitamin because it has everything in it I need including the iron since having the VSG procedure. I didn't want to have to take a bunch of different supplements because I know is forget. Having only 2 vitamins to take daily, ( this one and a separate calcium supplement) makes me life easier.

I will definitely purchase again. They don't give off the mineral taste some supplements have. These taste like iron less chewables.

Easily digested for me
I’m 7 months post op and I’ve tried a few different kinds of vitamins (all one a day with iron). These work the best for me. I have found other brands cause constipation but these do not I like the flavor and don’t have any issues with it. You may have to try a few different brands to see what works best for you.
