Most Liked on power consumption and style and only issue is the bottom portion is open and prone to insects or mosquito can sit inside the blower when AC is Off

By far the worst customer service I've ever come accross!!
The AC is alright for its price. But Lloyd has one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They charge over triple the rate for parts for installation and they've not once come to service any of the 4 ACs I've purchased from Lloyd. The customer service rep, "Junaid", keeps dodging calls and gives false promises to service the AC.I would advice anyone looking to buy an AC to definitely skip Lloyd products for their extremely terrible customer service. It's wise to pay extra for another brand with better customer service than to go through the hassle and stress of dealing with Lloyd.The 2 ton AC has already stopped cooling after a month and I'm still facing issues with getting them to service the AC.PLEASE DO NO BUY ANY LLOYD PRODUCTS FOR THEIR APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
