Q: Is the seat compatible with Citroen c5 aircross 2019?

Hi, looking at the model of car that you have I would say that yes it would be compatible. I have a Renault Megane and I sometimes use it in my husband's car which is a Vauxhall Astra estate. I think that you will find that most 360 degree carseats are universal. I am a grandparent so only use it once or twice a week at present for my grandson from the age of 6 months (he is now 2 yrs old. The literature states that it is suitable from birth to 12 years of age. One thing that I would point out to you for consideration is that the buckle that the straps clip into is adequate at the moment , but I will be looking into whether this can be extended in length, due to the fact that when sitting the child into the carseat, their bottom covers the buckle up and I have to 'fish' around underneath their legs/bottom to grasp it. I am sure that if the manufacturer states that the seat is suitable for up to 12 yrs of age, that it may just need to be adjusted as the child grows but I haven't quite got to adjusting to the next stage as yet so I am unable to adviseon that aspect. Q: The bottom of the seat kicks out a lot, is there a way to lower it?

Ive been trying as well but not a chance so at the end I’ve send it back, was uncomfortable for my child

Hi, I think that you will find that it is pretty universal . I personally have a Renault Megane and my husband has a Vauxhall Astra and we have used it in both cars for our grandchildren. My son's mother in law has the same car seat and an Audi car which it also fits into too. Some newer cars have 'slots' in which to insert the isofix base into the rear car seat but my car is approx 10 years old and I can still install it into the car without the special slots. It is a very nice carseat and I particularly like the fact that you can rotate it to lift the baby/child in and out, although I accept that a lot of car seats have this. I hope that this helps.

Q: Is this seat easy to switch from rear facing for my 1 year old and forward facing for my 3.5 year old? Also, would it fit in the back of a 3 door mini

It fixes in my Lexus rh 450 but is quite tight to swivel and the car seats are quite big although I can. I’m not sure about trying to do that in a 3 door mini.
