NOW Choline and Inositol 500mg, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

The product is good but expensive

I've been taking this for about 2 months because my 26 year old son voiced concern over me repeating myself several times. I just turned 60. What I can say for now is I have had no bad reaction to this. I believe I'm seeing positive results for memory. The one thing I really appreciate is how you have to break 2 different seals in order to open the bottle. I just ordered the double pack since I am not having negative reaction and do believe I am seeing results. I'll know more when I travel to see my son next month.

After doing a lot of research on “memory “ and “sharpness “ supplements , I decided to try the one outstanding ingredient: Choline. After a week I realized I felt better and remembered where I put my cell phone 😉. I open the capsules and put the powder in my protein/spinach shake. It’s worth a try! BTW: I’m 76 yrs old!

I read that these were helpful to take while you’re pregnant so I took them as part of my prenatals and I’m still taking them three months postpartum for breast-feeding. They don’t really have a taste or a smell but I do find the need to take a bite of something right after I take them to make sure that they go all the way down

Have just been taking these about 1 week now. I started with 2 pills in morning and 2 at night. I had purchased these for weight loss, had read an article on Choline helping with fat deposits in the liver. I have not lost any weight, although it has only been 1 week but I did notice that when I took 4 pills (these are 500mg pills, which are 250mg of the Choline & 250mg of the Inositol, 4 pills is 1 mg of both) that I was very relaxed and fell asleep very easily. From what I've read this is the Inositol that has the "calming" effect and I can testify to that, I won't be taking the 4 pills in the morning again!!! I am now taking 3 pills in the morning and 4 pills at night! This is really suppose to be a good supplement but have yet to see if the weight loss benefit will work.

I use this product back in the 90s as a suggestion from a friend for metabolism as I gained a little weight and it didn't work but also I had some headed next, didn't realize it at the time but it helped with my brain fog and other neurological issues I was having from head and neck trauma but I didn't know it would help with that and then a few years went by I got off of them I'm not really realizing you know I was young and eventually got back on them for metabolism again cuz I gained a little bit of weight again and because I found out I have chronic lyme disease which can cause really bad brain fog and other types of neurological issues so I don't care if you have a Ph.D I majored in many different Sciences I was pre-med I had enough credits for 4 degrees this stuff is a miracle worker and I suggest it to everybody people are even using it on their pets for Ataxia and other neurological issues I'm now back on it I'm ordering it right now again for the brain fog and other neurological issues I was only off of it because the pandemic started up and my income went down hill but now I'm going to order some more today

The thing about this brand is their supplements are CONSISTENTLY GOOD. There, I said it. I mean how many times have you ordered a supplement and wondered if this is doing anything for you? I know I have and these Choline Inositol are VERY good. I can feel a boost in productivity mentally when taking these. I know it might sound odd but it's absolutely true. Especially for those of us who are *ahem* a little older.I can't recommend these enough, both as a supplement and as a brand. They've been flawless with their stock. order quality and overall value for me for 3.5 years now. 100% awesome. That's all.

If you are considering choline, then this is a good choice.
