*Detailed review Alert*To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I was ordering the chef handy baby food processor because I hadn't heard of the brand before and was not sure of its quality but I went ahead and ordered it because of the convenience it offered at that price point.When I received the product, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and the whole unit had a good finish to it. Just like its looks it worked like a gem. Preparing food for my little one was a piece of cake with it's set timers for steaming and auto blend option. Everything went well for the first 3 months. Then one day my wife said there was a small click sound from the plug point and subsequently the equipment refused to come on. Fearing the worst, I contacted the chef handy team through Amazon and asked for assistance. They were super prompt, reached out to me for a video of what's happening. Once I sent that they had said it must be a blown out fuse and they agreed to send me a few and were also kind enough to send me a video showing how to replace the fuse. I did that but to our bad luck that did not solve the problem. So I reached out to them again and they were kind enough to fully replace the old unit with a brand new upgraded unit completely free of cost.They also requested me to ship the old damaged unit back to their factory in China. They told me this is completely optional and only if I am willing to help their R&D understand the failure then they would also completely refund the cost of shipping. I did that as I had already received a new unit and as a customer using a brand, I wanted to do my bit to help them. They promptly refunded the entire shipping cost to me as well.It's hard to find brands that are this committed to customer service. I did not realise this when I placed the order but now I will whole heartedly trust chef handy and all their products. I wish their team the best and looking forward to buying and using more of their products.A big thumbs up to the entire team and all their products.

I absolutely love the Chef Handy baby food maker! It’s been a daily essential for preparing fresh, healthy meals for my baby. Super easy to use, quick to clean, and perfect for making smooth purées like sweet potato, carrot, apple, and more. It makes feeding time so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to all new parents!

Good and convenient but the blender isn’t sharp enough for my liking.I’m thinking of getting another actual blender that would smooth the food more.

I really like the product it’s worth it and easy to use

I’ve been using this product for well over a year now and it’s been an excellent addition to preparing our babies meals. However the stirring cup cracked after a year of usage. I got in touch with the team at Chef handy and they immediately rectified the issues and replaced the part. I appreciate the prompt response and resolution. Will definitely recommend this product to other new parents.

I am reaching out regarding an issue I experienced during a recent steaming session. I filled the water reservoir up to the maximum limit, but the water completely dried up within just five minutes, before the steaming process was even finished.

This is very easily the best purchase I have made for my baby! The food processor is perfect for all 5 operations mentioned!Blending and mashing up foods is super easy, and even steaming foods is simple and hassle-free!It’s pretty easy to assemble everything; you may have a tiny bit of trouble attaching the steaming apparatus but once you put it in warm or hot water it snaps on like a puzzle piece!I have had no issues at all until now, and we have even used the blender to steam foods for us adults!!I highly recommend this to anyone who has just had a baby or even for toddlers, or adults too!Food in fact tastes much more better when steaming it in this processor as compared to the standard stove!I’m glad I came across this product and decided to purchase it. Their support staff are also quick to respond to any queries or issues you have!Definitely recommend this! Completely worth the money!
